"I absolutely love it here in Australia. It's definitely worth it."

"Don't talk about it for years and then decide to do it. If you've got that seed planted, do it, because it takes a while - it's a process"

Join us for our 126th episode, as I chat with Fred and Michelle Stoop, who settled in Perth in March of this year. They arrived in Australia on a 482 Short-Term Visa.

Michelle was fortunate enough, as a Business Development Manager, to have the opportunity to transfer over to Australia with her company. At the time, they were expanding and opening three branches throughout Aus, one of which was in Perth.

Join us as they talk us through their migration journey and hear how they’ve both adjusted to Perth life so quickly. Fred chats to us about securing a job in the golfing industry and the opportunities he has now as a golf coach, and Michelle tells us about her busy work schedule and the friends she has made in the few months that they’ve lived there.

Fred and Michelle are now in the process of converting their visa. They’ve had no trouble assimilating and have quickly adapted to living life freely – venturing out for picnics and BBQ’s by the beach, and they fill us in on how everything just works as it should!
